Divorce Support Forums: hell

i have been living in hell for the last 8 years my husband is a mental abuser which i have live with, but five years ago i found cell numbers showing where he was talking to my neighbor of 25 years over 20 times a day. i confronted them and he promised they were just friends as time went on he pulled away from me more and more, i have worked all my and at 57. i have a seizure disorder and lupus. this fact that i'm sick is something he can't handle.we live in my house that i had when we got married, and my neighbor has since moved out and divorced her husband. he has informed me he is moving out and promises me he will make house payments and utilities until i know what i will have coming in when i finally get my disabilty which may be another year. I can't trust anything he says as he has lied so much. what are my chances of getting alimony as i know i need to get a lawyer. but he controls all the money and gives me nothing for personal needs. Its horrible please i need help
