My wife has taken our girls ages 5 and 2. She said that the oldest said I molested her, which is untrue. What can I do? She has my girls. I need help, but I do not have a lot of money. I called JSO, they came by and said there was nothing they could do as she was their mother. Is there any local help. I need HELP! A friend told me to call DCS and I have. Is there anything else I can do?
Molestion is a hard charge to prove, to get you locked up. However it doesn't seem like they have to prove itto take your kids from you, and keep you from seeing them. I sugest that you always have some one else with you when you see your kids, don;t let your ex know that you have some one with you, just do it. And untill you go to court do NOT be alone with your kids. you have to protect yourself. You can't do any good for your girls locked up. And JSO will do it.
