if stbx provides false info on his fin. affidavit, what is my next step? (he listed bogus expenses and didn't list joint accts he has w/ someone else) i am rep-ing myself because i can't afford an atty. any help? thanks
There is a old saying the lawer that rep himself has a fool for a client. think about it. It is not enough to know someone lied on the paperwork, you must be able to prove it. if you can't then you can't take it to court. get the money for a lawer, barrow it if you have to, or your done. If the other party has a lawer and you don't the your screwed. Good luck
