Divorce Support Forums: Do i have a chance in

So hear is my storie, First of July 08 me and the X decide to pull a second mortage on the home. She had never been on the mortage because i bought the home befour marrige. Anyways not even a day after the checks clear she decides we need a divorce, not to mention the ten thousand extra we recived to do some home repairs was to be hers she decided. It was all placed in her name for one to help her credit out and another to show that I trusted her. In the mean time I check the cell phone bill to make a payment and see that she had been texting and talking to someone all day every day, we are talking at least 200 text mess. a day and close to 2 houres talking. So I call the # to see what the hell and a man anwsers. So I ask what is the deal with him and my whife, of course no reply and a lot of beating around the bush. Not even a minute after confrunting the whife call and busts my chops. Dont ever call any of my friends my personal life is none of your bisness. Time goes by my daughter 4yrs old has a new friend his daughter, weekends come up she takes off with him, she has pictures posted of him on her myspace acc. and says it is no big deal. Aug 1 she moves out takes everything i mean everything. For some divine reason i crossed pathes with man who told me he was sorry he said they were having a relationship a wile back, and told him she went to the extent to forge my name on divorce paper to prove that she was single. This is all happend in the course of mounth or so and she admits to the cheating. My question is how do I stand she wants it all 40 thousand equidy 90/10 with our daughter 450 child support and my mortorcycle to top it off. No clue what to do or where to start Please any advise would be app.
