If you're in Texas, it's only a 60-day cooling off period and then it can be finalized. What are you speaking of that is 6 months?

I believe they are referring to the 6 month period many states require...from the serving of the papers till the divorce is granted..everything i have read says there must be 6 months time between the two..unless it is waived..so I'm curious how one gets this waiver also..the 6 months I am assuming is almost a cooling off period, if the couple decides to reconcile perhaps..i don't know.
