child care deduction?

NCP and CP have court order for CS. Can the NCP claim a deduction from the order for child care expences for a new child of new marraige in order to go to work? I realize it is unrelated to the ex and CP, but maybe he can get a partial credit for it? Half his responsibility and the other half falls on his new spouse? I live in PA

No. Most states do not allow for a moodification of the first order to support a second family.
