Year to appeal divorce agreement made

Any info available or where to go on appealing a divorce decision before a years time. judge did not consider me and gave property (both houses)to ex husband. Also I was suppose to take ownership of savings account and he hasn't complied. I live now in Arizona and that seems to be a problems with legal help between Arizona and Montana. Any help please!

You will need to go and get a Montana attorney because an Arizona attorney is not going to know the laws and stipulation of a different state. Find one who give free consultations in that Montana. In some cases men don't want to comply with anything unless it benefits them. Good luck.
