permanent RO???? then she contacts me

my ex filed a ro on me 9 years ago (for some bogus messages she claims i left on her machine that she has no proof of) and served on me about 1 year ago in the presence of both her attorney and mine at a "4 way meeting" when i tried to negotiate transportation arangements arguing she should at least drive half way. this secret ro she had hidden away for 8 years didnt stop her from having me over to fix a bunch of crap in her home over the years. anyway the question is....1. is this ro even any good anymore?...i dont think WA even grants permanent ro's anymore and it took her 8 years to serve me. 2. is it ok for her to contact me in anyway? it does not address that in the order 3. if she is not allowed to contact me...what can i do if she does?

Contact the court house in the county that this was issued, get copies of the RO and see what's what. That is the first step.
