I have some very serious very intense questions...

What can I do to recieve sole custody of my son if I live in the state of Ohio?

Is there any way to get no visitation from my son's father if he lives in another state?

I know that Ohio is a "fault" state so I'm hoping that would make a difference if we get divorced in Ohio rather than a "no-fault" state....

My husband has become a very evil person. Lives with his girlfriend and her 3 children. Don't try to see our son. But wont give me full custody/sole custody. Because he dont want people to think badly of him.

He is an alcoholic/drug user. Hasn't had a job in 1 1/2 years. Hasn't sent any money for our son.

Would any of this protect my son from him? Please I need help!!

NOT LIKELY

I know that Ohio is a "fault" state so I'm hoping that would make a difference if we get divorced in Ohio rather than a "no-fault" state....

FIRST OFF OHIO IS A NO FAULT STATE....

IT IS CALLED CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT

Would any of this protect my son from him? Please I need help!
