Wife won't pick up divorce papers from post office

How can I get the papers to her if she won't pick them up from the post office and can I put an add in the paper in Georgia about the divorce if she won't sign?

No , you'll have to have her legally served as long as you know where she lives or works . Find a statewide process server .
