in shock, was just asked for a divorce

This is my first time visiting this site. I am a Native North Dakotan. I am now living in West Virginia. I would like to move back to ND with my children. My question is, would it be better to divorce here in WV or move back to ND and divorce because that is where I will be living?

you usually have to live in a state for 6 months to file. my heart goes out to you please post more, you gotta be hurting real bad!!!
