My husband was having an affair for 2 weeks before I found out. The same day I left he moved in with her, the NEXT day he had my son there spending the night. He has been telling me that he loves me and wants to be with me, well she found out and is furious. HELLO??? Well, divorce has been filed. Anyway, he is taking property out of our marrital home, can he do this? I thought nothing could be moved until the divorce was final and the judge decided who got what?
Fortunately my ex and I were on peaceful terms, but I did read in our temporary divorce decree, that we are to leave everything as is until told to do so. The attorneys will tell you when.
