We signed the papers and our 60 days were up 8/28/06. How can I find out when the court date is? She says her attorney is waiting for a date from the court and the court tells me that it is up to her attorney to set a date. I just want to get this over with.We both live in Shelby County TN. Oct. 4 . Not as soon as I'd hoped but at least I know. I don't mean to sound cold, but this was a really bad marriage. I tried to stick it out because I thought it was the right thing to do. When her 30 year old son got drunk and assaulted me with a 12" mag light (messed me up pretty good)and she wouldn't make him move, then I knew it was time to go. Post Extras:       Pages: 1
