Who can give me a list of things to do to win my boys back. I have not abondoned my boys, I was just one of those stupid women that didn't have money for an attorney and I signed a divorce agreement, based on promises from my ex-husband. My custody right now is join, however I have my boys every weekend from Friday until Sunday at 6 pm and I get to visit them on Wednesday from around 3 to 9 pm. My ex and I agreed in that boys were going to be able to spend nights with me whenever they wanted to, well he is not really letting boys be with me when they want to. Every Sunday and Wednesday when I take them back to his house, my boys would ask me and cry because they want to be with me. I need some help, I don't want to take my boys away from their dad, I just want to meet their needs and desires, and as of right now they both want to be with me more. My boys are 4 and 7. I am open for any questions you may have.

Are you able to hire an attorney now? That would be a good start. A modification for a change in custody will require a new court order. Custody issues and reversals are very "sticky" which is why I suggest an attorney. Also, the courts will probably want to see a recommendation from a psychologist that full custosdy be returned to you.
