I just found out that me ex wife was having an affair prior to our divorce. She was the one who filed, and I feel that I got taken to the cleaners. I would like to try to get the portion of my pension that she got, back. We were married for 25 yrs. The divorce judgment was just over 6 months ago. Does anyone have any ideas on this? Can I do that in Michigan?

Simple answer is NO
You can pay the attorney's office extra $$ to hear it from them if you want to try - but no fault state, doesn't matter if anyone cheated./ 50/50 state
