I want all of you to know that the State of Illinois does not give a dam who they let loose...the jerk was arrested for domestic violence and pled not guilty...despite having a 72 hr. jail sentence and 5,000.bail....he wanted a jury trial and won a not guilt plea....all of the 40yrs. of a miserable abusive marriage...meant nothing to these jurors...the fact that he tried to push me down the stairs and beat my head on the floor till my nose bled...and these people thought that my face did'nt look as bad as it should of...a pervious time he tried to choke me....and I was horribly bruised on my hip and leg and forehead from him banging my head on the stove...went to hospital next day and they called the police...Idid'nt prousecute...fear of him...but as you see they would of let him go any way...I want you to know...the system does not work infavor of the vicitim...he could hear my testimony...which I had to relive after 6 months of him not being present...but I or no one with me could hear his lies....the States Attorenys actually told me it's his right...after all he paid good money for this trial....now I have to live in fear he cannot be tried again for the same thing...now what???I guess they have to kill you for them to do something...maybe.....

I feel for your pain Sunshine I really do.

How a judge can force me to make my child go to be with a man who has abused him I will never know either. My son comes home from a weekend at this mans house with anal trauma but the judge says there is not enough evidence that this man is the one who caused the trauma.
Crazy and wrong. I'm so sorry Sunshine.

Sunshine i am so sorry the trial turned out this way! I can feel your pain, fear and feeling of injustice. What a crazy world we live in. They talk about Terrorism this is terrorism at it's worst as far as i have known.

You need to go on, but is he still threatening you? Are you safe? I am just so sorry and feel so helpless my friend. You need so much more than my empathy.

Please let me know if you are scared? PM me anytime.

Hugs)))))))))
