How hard is it to file a simple divorce in Arkansas?

It shouldn't be that hard if you both agree on EVERYTHING. Go to your court clerks office and ask them for the exact steps and paperwork that you will need. They should be able to help you.

My divorce cost me $1000 with a mediator...we went in there with an agreement between us and she incooperated it into the divorce decree...it only took two 1 hour meetings with her...it was finalized in 90 days from the day we became legally separated and fairly painless....it was what led up to the divorce that was full of pain...

Hello,
When I got divorced it cost me $1000.00. I filed in Jan. and it was final in April. That's because he contested nothing..
