I don't beleive there are grandparent rights in my state but that didn't stop me from writing some visitation for my parents into our parenting plan. My ex signed off on it on d-day and now has to abide.

i am engaged to a beautiful man from pennsylvania and was looking for him information about other areas of the legal system as he is going through a divorce and found this site it indicates that PA does have laws in place for grandparents to apply for access on their own, i hope that it helps, i to have gone through a divorce and can't understand using children as pawns, you and they deserve time together
