The jurisdiction is generally where the chidren reside. If the cp moves, that parent uses the new court in the new jurisdiction if any modifications are filed and transfers jurisdiction at that time. If the ncp moves but the children do not, the jurisdiction remains in the original court. If the cp moves without permission of the original court then the new jurisdiction will not accept the transfer once notified of the contempt.
