Divorce Support Forums: does anyone know what to do about this???

i had a korean wife for 19 years, she abandoned me & kids in march. she had a green card that expired end of march. she cant come back. she never writes or calls the kids. this is 8 months no contact. pa says we need 6 months separation, done. my attorney said get her address so he can serve her. i had the embassy call her sisters house in seou, the only viable # i have. the x told the embassy she wont give them her address to give me...finally i found her cell #, she hangs up when she hears my voice. pa state law says i must wait 2 years to file for divorce under abandonment. i cant find anything about a spuose from another country abandoning the family. maybe 2 years is cool for a pa to pa person. but this lady is 10,000 miles away and is never coming back. (ANY ONE HAVE ANY IDEAS)???
MY LIFE SHOULD NOT BE TIED UP FOR 2 YEARS...
