hi just wondering about my house i left my husband i just wanted a break from him so i took our 3 kids and left cause he would not leave the house that i pay for he don't even have a job.never had one the 9 years we was together.but five days after i left i never said i was not gonna come back he moved in another girl and her kids and they are living in our house while me and my kids have to pay rent in a lil apartment.he said he will get the house anyway because i left him.is that true? he is messing up my credit being late on the payments and i don't know what to think.i would like some advice if anyone can help.he is willing to not fight me for the kids if i give him the house.
