I have been married almost 2 yrs in Jan., I sold my home to purchase the home we're in now, we're selling our home, because I found out that he had been talking online to women and one women from his email to her it sounds as if he met her somewhere, I lost my job from the company I was working for in march 3rd, 2006 because of getting hurt on the job, I have just now found a job, but it doesnt pay well, or as well as my other one did. we had a prenupt that he would repay 20,000.00 back if we divorced for me paying off his debts after my home sold, my question is the home we're in is worth 229,900.00 and after the house is paid off, I'll probably get about 21,000.00 to 26,000.00 back. I dont make enough money to afford an townhome there running about 500.00-700.00 montly and the apts are about the same. I used a keylogger to get more information on him for proof of adultry. will I be able to get alimony from him? Our income was mine 1300.00 monthly and his is 30,000.00-35,000.00 yrly. Now I make 9.00 hrly, and get paid every 2 wks. Before I sold my home I only owed 26,000.00 and it was paid for , now I want have anything, he really took me for a ride. Help me please............
