In a divorce for adultry can the person who was named in the divorce, (paramour)be sued for personal injury or mental anguish, in the state of South Carolina .
Greetings paw33 Why would you want to do this? I too have thought of the same thing, but matters are in better hands than I could ever emagine, simply by letting time take care of those kind of people :-) Take care of you 1st and if you have children (concentrate) only on them. I sometimes wish that I could plaster the name of my (paramour)all over bill boards or on the net, THEY are not worth it. There is a case in N.C. where a woman sued her (paramour)and won, so I do think this is possible, you have to be the judge.
I hope they can. It takes 2 so why should that person walk off free as bird. I caught my wife with someone I knew and respected I chose to try to work it out. Thats another storie. I didn't want him to feel like he had nothing to worry about so called his home spoke to him and his wife. I hope he enjoyed my little gift.
