Where do I start

My husband decided to leave me. He moved into his parents' house. Divorce is definitely what he wants, but he's not making any legal moves. I would like to, but I have no money right now, because I've been a stay at home mom, so I have no job. I dont have any clue where to even begin the legal aspects of this. Any advice?

If you are determined this is going to happen and he want consider consulting I recommend you check with what is call the friend of the family program. I believe that the MDHS will be able to give you a lot of information. If you were abandoned by your husband they should help you will legal advice for free and in some cases even fund a portion of the bill. Usually every county in Ms. has an office you deal with. They will most likely have him foot half of the divorce expenses or all it just depends on your situation. Keep Posting it helps....
