My ex husband claims to have someone is going to testify that he "dated" me when we were married (we did fool around for several years, but my husband abused me verbally constantly, and scared my kids as well) He wants to reopen the divorce due to new evidence...is this possible in West Virginia? Where can I get this information if no one knows? I am afraid that he will take my kids and I can barely make ends meet as it is, so legal advice is out of the question til I know what to do...Any info would be helpful...Thanks!
Your ex is blowing smoke out of the wrong pipe. Of course it can't be reopened. Your divorce is final, it's over. Tell him to stop peeing on your leg and telling you it's raining.

You should tell him that your divorce is final, that means that it's all over. It don't matter if you was a pole dancer,if it was not delt with at the time of your divorce then it does not matter. Also if he continues to bother you, you should tell him you will take him back to court to get more child-support. WV minimum on child support has went up these last few years.
