I am writing a paper for my criminal justice class. I am doing a paper based on the divorce law in illinois.I want to know if anybody can answer this question. My paper is based on the regulations of the laws. In my paper I want to talk about if the non allien permanent resident has to follow the same procedure as a allien permanent resident when getting divorce. When two non allien permanent resident get married does it count as a marriage in the laws of illinois. My last question how long does a divorce takes average because I have been looking over the web and they dont give an average?
I would greatly appreciate your feedback!!!!

Thanks,,,
