two countries divorce

Hi, does anyone know if i can get divorce while in a diferent countr? I am from slovakia, and while waiting for my immigrant visa my husband decided to divorce me, we have been appart since january. He has residency in Pa, but i live in Slovakia. If its possible any idea how long its gonna take? and how to go about it? thank you for any response and good luck to all of you

I'm an unsure about this one, due to the lack of responses to your question, so is everybody else. Your better off consulting an attorney in PA, they should know.
