Annulment to Divorce?

Hi everybody,
I'm an immigrant woman and based on the fact that I depend on my husband for my status, my husband harassed me a lot and when I was rescued from there, he filed an annulment case on me and now he wants to withdraw that and go for a divorce without any claims. Does anybody know where do I stand with my legal rights?
Really in need of help

It is almost impossible to get an annulment. I would think the divorce would be better for you than the annulment as for as your staying here. I would talk to an attorney asap.
