In Alabama there is a broken system. DHR is broken and the courts are broken. Judges seem to have the idea that just because a woman is a mother means that she is a good mother. This is not always the case. If a father is not rich then he is labeled a dead beat dad. Believe me, I know. My husband and I have experienced this first hand and I have kept indepth journals the entire time. After 18 years of attacks from his ex-wife I realized that something good had to come from our experiences. So last year I spent the year compiling my journals into a book. I did this for several reasons, I wanted the truth to be known and I wanted to help others who might be trapped in the same or similar situations. If one person is helped by our experiences then my work is not in vain. The name of my book is The Lions and the Adders. It is available on Amazon.com and by the title's website, www.TheLionsandtheAdders.com. I desire that fathers and step parents can read this book and feel encouraged, know that they are not alone and learn from our mistakes. I hope that you will get a copy. I am not here just to sell books, I am here to help and encourage. That is my goal. The Lions and the Adders is an empirically southern novel set in the Heart of Dixie, where justice for fathers is hard to find. Anna Grace Poschet
