adultery in mich

does anyone out there know anything about adultery being grounds for a divorce in mich. married 43 yrs and husband is wanting a divorce and has been having an affair, sex and what not with another woman, she is also married (18yrs) we have 3 adult children, the OW has no children

Check on the internet under divorce laws of Michigan. the url is www.divorcelawinfo.com. Their is a lot of things that is free to the public. In my eyes that is plenty enough grounds for a divorce.

It doesn't make a different until it comes to the assets. If you can prove it your entitled to up to 10% more.
