Depends on what assets you have and whether you've had any chidren together. If modest assets and no children, a visit to the courthouse is a good palce to start. The clerks there should be able to walk you through the process and set you up with the correct paperwork.
Hi.Is there a legal aid in your area? You can try looking in (YOUR STATE) .gov to see if it is there.The court house has paperwork and some instructions.
