Everything i see says wisconsin ia a 50/50 state. We both worked for 25 yrs. contributing equaly. Will an abuse restraint effect this?

What you are more concerned with is if it is a "No Fault State", but rarely have I seen it 50/50 even without abuse.
Usually the one with the money pays.

Good luck

I just was divorced yesterday. There was an abuse restraint, as well as significant evidence and admission from my ex that he owed me money. Nonetheless, the judge split things basically 50/50 (slightly in his favor). This shouldn't have happened, but it really depends on the judge.

In my first divorce she got 100%. Even though I was the one who cared for the children and paid for everything while she neglected them and ran up huge credit card debts, which I always paid off by getting extra jobs. Marital property status HUH! BULL $HIT!
