ok guys..i have a temp. restraining order place on me, i cant go 500 ft near my residence, i own my own business, now i cannot work cause i normally work from home, i understand she is upset on me and she got the court to place a temp. restraining order on me.....the judge couldnt make it stick since she had no kind of evidence...anyway...her lawer wants me to pay the mtge on a house, somewhere i dont have any access too...she has change the locks so i cant even go with the cops to get my stuff to get my clothes and work tools...anyway thats not the problem....the lawer had a problem because i cancel all my credit cards with her name so she would not get me into debt.....she went into the bank account and took 10K out of it...without me knowing.....thats fine......i cancel the cell phone cause she ran up the bill...so i stop everything that she had access too.......am i wrong to do this...her lawer said i shouldnt cause he can file some kind of judgement to make me put them back on........is this true.....question? 1) do i have to pay the mtge on a place where i have no access too 2) am i obligated to.......the mtge is under both names...it might be in my best interest to do so........i can probably pay half........since i dont want my credit to be jeprdised...... 3)my business is under myself and her as a sole propriotor......how do i protect my business from her........i open a new business (LLC)under my mom's name and me as a manager, i am going to pay myself 150.00 a week..i need to protect myself......she is trying to take everything......i make..... i paid off for her 180K student loan...had to refinace the house to do so....paid off all her credit cards that she ran up again.....and her 04 mercedes benz e55........could anyone give me some ideas on how i can protect myself from her..............
we were marrid for almost 9 yrs and everytime i go out of town on buisness, i felt something was wrong.....she was cheating on me with someone else.....so i ask for a devorce....she told me she will get even with me and file for a restraing order and say i was abusive to her and her child, i am also a u.s army vet for 9 yrs...11B - 1/75 army ranger...and i did had anger coucilling after my tour in somalia in 1994......but i sware to god i never hit my wife...thiks is on record...so the judge granted a temp 1 yr restraing order so we can legal seperate.........i just need this to end as soon as possible...i am willing to give her half.....thats it........although i know the 2 is 2 completely diffent things...one is divorce and the oder is domestic violence....i have pass one now i need to go through the other.....
