I am in the middle of a difficult divorce case and unfortunatly lack the finances for a lawyer. My wife it seems fooled me into marrying her in order to take advantage of the US immigration status I would confer upon her. We have not had sex since the marriage about 1.5 years ago, have lived in separate rooms in the same apartment, and then, as soon as she got her temporary greencard, she vanished and is now hiding. I need to get divorced from this woman so that I can move on with my life. Since I can't find her, I will need to do a divorce by publication. However, I can't seem to find where to send to get affidavits of military service necessary for divorce by publication. Does anyone have this information. I need address for the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard as well as info on who to make out the money order to and how much it should be. Any help would be appreciated.
