"..it's a dirty tactic and I'd never suggest it. Just like I think it's nasty when a woman accuses a man of domestic violence for the same purpose..."

But you don't think it's a "dirty tactic", that you would "never suggest", for everything a man has worked for all his life to be given to his wife, by law, because the judge in the case is constipated? Don't ask me again what I mean, Gigi. A person who claims to be as "learned in the law" as you do obviously knows the answer very well, and your feigning of ignorance and "playing dumb" are all too transparent. In the unlikely event that you really still don't have a clue, follow the links I have already sent you or posted in the "mens'rights" forum.

Isn't it curious that, as with children, adults who have the least to say speak the most, and vise-versa?

Get a grip. This is a thread about a sick family and how the father can help his children. Stop making it about your agenda.

And don't criticize me for having an opinion, because you have written more than your own fair share on this & other forums, about your theories. At least what I write is based upon real life experience, not fear of what some lawyer is not willing to promise me based upon me having given him half a story.
