My ex husband has been playin the my back game for about 5 years now and we've gone to court many times and he's played the game well . He tells them at least once a year he can't work cause of his back well here we go again . Now we've been to court three times in six months . His taxes where intercepted and suppose to be released to me on the 21st of this month . He filed a joint return and his wife is fighting with him to get it returned back to them its not the whole amount part of it . Can she do this ? I mean he pays very lil and doesn't have to worry about child care or anything else but owns a house new car its unbelieveable . any info will help thanks
