I just found out through snoopping that my husband has beend seeing another woman and he has been lying to me about it after I have asked him and he has denied on several occasions. I love him but this is inforgivable. What are the laws in MA divorce with regards to a cheating husband/infidelity?

Have you seen your lawyer yet? I am also from MA. MA is a no fault state, cheating makes no difference.
My ex moved out so I don't know what people do to get him to move out of the house. See a lawyer, it's the only way you will get answers.
Also I would suggest you post on "Life after Divorce" or Woman's Rights" there is more activity there. You'd have a better chance of getting advice from someone who has walked in your shoes.
Sorry if I'm rambling but it's not been good for the past coule of days.
