Divorce Support Forums: What Next?!

On Feb 19th I caught my husband on the phone with his girlfriend. I took a bunch of meds. and desided to check out of this life. We have 4 daughters. I have been getting counseling and working on myself since then. He told the girls and I we were going to work things out. In the mean time he started dating me and being intimate, convinsing me the other woman was out of the picture until we figured out what we were going to do. The affair started Aug.27 2005 and has not let up at all. He went away with her the 30th of march for 4 and a half days. He only got caught because she was also married and her soon to be ex sent me some e-mails from her to him and others indicating their intentions. I filed for divorce the next day. He is now telling me it would be in my best interest to talk this over as adults, meaning he doesn't want me to take him to the cleaners and that is my intention. He had me were he wanted me for 16 years and I am now strong enough to stand up for myself and these girls that never knew a fathers love and respect. He wants the house so the other woman can quit her job and move out here with him. I want to take the kids back to Montana and he said he'd be fine with that if I agree to his terms as far as alimony and division of property. All our family is back there. His mother included. She is supportive of me and the girls because she has seen how much he drinks and degrades us on a regular basis. What's next...
