Hi everyone, I will make this as short as possible. I married a chiropractor juts 6 years ago. He managed to make me feel bad about being raked over the coals over his divorce. I helped him get back on his feet took care of his children and financially supported him while he was paying his ex-wife $610.00 a week. 3 years ago the alimony payments stopped and he had 2 children that he no longer pay child support for. Hence bringing his child support and payments down to $80.00 a week. We filed income tax separately and he told me business was not great but picking up. I now know Y his 1st wife divorced him...he is a mean drunk...I had to obtain a restraining order...he subsequently filed for divorce...by the way...at the end of our marriage he said he was going to walk away w/a pocket full of my money...I did not understand...well upon him filing...I discovered when he stopped paying alimony and such 3 years ago...he claims that he made between 11,400-15,000. a year. The same he pays his receptionist. I discovered that his business account checks and balances but somehow over the past 2 years...each year he put $70K in his personal checking account, I gave it to my lawyer and he presented it to judge D'ambra. The problem is it went right over judge D'ambra's head. I hired A CPA as a profession witness but the judge refused to hear his testimony and declared she would not re-visit the doctor's income. She was satisfied that after expenses the Doctor made $15,000 a year. I own 2 house prior to the marriage...my husband is attempting to get my equity from my assets since the day of the marriage. He only paid the cable electric and heat bill...nothing else...never a payment towards the insurance, or mortgage on either properties. I find that this judge is incompetent...she has no sense of tax evasion or fraud...does anyone out there know what I can do to shake some sense in this judge. I mean the sheriff and the people in the court room laughed when my husband took the stand and stated what he reported as income....What is going on...who do I notify...the CPA has notified the IRS. They r planning to investigate...but they take time to initiate an investigation...How do I report a judge? Anyone w/knowledge on this subject....please help me out...annmarie
