My daughter is pregnant and we just found out the fathers family is going to try to get custody of the child. First of all she is not due till September, and they are already doing this.
Information on the father has been arrested for using his sisters debit card and is believed to have stolen on of my nieces that my daughter was living with, credit card. Also he is known to take illegal drugs.
Is it possible for them to take a child just because my daughter does not work a 40 hour job? She lives with me and has no bills other than credit cards.
