Wow, thats a truly fantastic reply. I can see exactly where you are coming from and to be honest, if that is the case then I am happy. All I ask for is fairness and that does sound reasonable. I very much appreciate the time and thought you put into that reply as well. I like that you talked striaght and said that we should be thinking as a team. Very wise words indeed. I now feel enlightened and comfortable enough to be able to do just that, as you have eased a niggling worry. I am from Scotland and dont know the local rules which is why I ask these questions.
