What is considered normal in terms of moving a negotiated settlement along? All information has been with the two attorneys for nearly three months, and the other side has just now completed a proposed Settlement Agreement. There are no custody issues and the rest is relatively straightforward. I do have some technical questions that I've been posing to my lawyer since the start of the process, but all he tells me is to be patient.
