Divorce Support Forums: What can I do?

well everybody, I've made it back to the U.S. but only for a month. I have no idea where to begin... I changed banks so she couldn't take anymore money out of my accounts, but unfortantely she has a power of attorney. I've asked her for the POA but I really doubt she'll give it back. Well I mentioned that I was working in Kuwait and she found a new boyfriend and moved out. Well she has alot of my stuff, a t.v., bed, ,my massive dvd collection, my computer, basically all the valuables. What are my odds of getting this stuff back? I've asked for some of the stuff but she just laughed at me. Well what do I have to do to get back my stuff. I don't really know what else she has of mine, but I can't find my poker chips and I know that she hates poker. I'm just upset right now, but I'm trying to keep my cool I want to take care of this legally rather than busting in and taking my shit. Another thing, she's living with a new boyfriend and this guy has a history of violence.. Apperareantly he stabbed someone (that's what I heard) I don't want my children there with this guy. What can I do in this situation? Would that be on public record? If this guy really did stab someone, how can I find out. Well people thanks for your help..
