Went through custody battle with husband and won his son away form his x-wife. The only thing the court cares about is what's in the best interest of the child. Tell your daughter no drugs, no boyfriends. Get and Show judge she can use support sources such as counseling, church, child care classes etc. the young man will have a hard time getting custody. The most he could hope for would be joint custody.
