I live in Kuwait and my wife wants a divorce

Well, just like the topic says, I work in Kuwait and my wife wants a divorce. How do I go about getting a divorce while I'm out of the country? Is it possible? what do I have to do? I don't want to lose my job and I don't want to get screwed in this divorce. Help me please!!
