Divorce Support Forums: I live in Kuwait and my wife wants a divorce

Im not in the military. I am a civilian contract worker. Well here's the deal, I was in the Marine Corps stationed in San Diego, well I stayed there after I was discharged. So I beleive I am a resident of California. When I decided to work in Kuwait my wife moved back to New Mexico. That's where we are originally from, born and raised. Now, this is where our divorce will take place.

You mentioned I could lose my job due to some accusations of nastiness, what do you mean? Okay, here's what happoned. My wife asked me for 1000 dollars a month for the kids. I told her that I was coming home for vacation and that I wanted to spend the whole time with my kids, and I wasn't going to pay her for the time the children were with me. Why should I have to pay her support if the children are with me. Well she got mad and withdrew all the money from my account, $3000 so I told her that the money she took from my account would be an advance. I'm not giving her any money for the next three months. I don't want her to call my work asking for money, is there something that I can do to prevent her from calling? I don't know what to do, I'm so overwhelmed at the moment and I have tons of questions. I just need some advice, you guys have been great, thank you.
