You hire an attorney, and file for divorce. All assets acquired during the marriage are typical split, including retirements, cash, home equity, etc. All liabilities are also split. If your incomes are very different, one party may get more under equitable distribution. Adultery rarely plays a part in divorce, with no-fault divorce laws. I doubt you will be able to have him out by Monday....the divorce process is faily slow....with a minimum of several months, and typically 6 or more. Also, with a short term marriage alimony is uncommon, although if you don't work, you might get 1/2 year of so of temporary support. Do you have children?
