Divorce Support Forums: Need help on time frame

I am having the same problem. Sometimes I think the waiting helps you get all your ducks in a row emotionally. We each have a financial adviser and high profile attourneys. I filed May 21st after waising 2 months on a problem with the dissolution. His attouney is taking a vacation the month of OCT..our final hearing is Nov 19th. If we don't settle out of court by then it will go to trial. I have called my attourney several times and despite giving everyone money I still don't have anyone asking me a thing about the divorce. No offers on the table about anything. What is my problem?? My bank accounts are frozen, I get 1900 a month for CS for my 3 kids. I work which provides another 350. dollars/week. I am spending nearly all of that to survive. The kids just started school and I paid for all of it. My credit card is loaded with attourney fees that I won't be able to pay off easily after the divorce if it keeps on like it is. He is happy to be living in the basement despite the fact he has a boyfriend and goes out with him every night. The fights in our house are horrific when they occur. I feel sorry for the kids and wish he would move out but of course his attorney has told him not to. I have temporary custody and he pays the bills. I am so frustrated it's like I am now emotionally exhausted. My attourney said that as long as he doesn't assault me he is allowed to stay in the marital residence. I don't think he even knows what he is doing after he leaves here. The house if for sale and not moving. I wonder what will happen at the next hearing if it doesn't sell. I think he is gonna buy me out..but he said he won't do anything unless his attourney tells him to do so. Neither of us want the house as he doesn't need the room and expense of a 4 BR home with a pool and I can't afford it on my measly salary. I dont want to leave my part time job for full time as I want to return to college to get my self a higher paying position. He has the high profile attourney in Columbus named Grossman and it is evident they are stalling. He has moved money and anything else to protect himself and I refuse to stoop down to his level! Im sure I will get the shaft by them..but I will feel good about myself in the long run and survive this nightmare. Does anyone have advice for me to speed things up? I have called my finacial guy for the report 3 times and haven't seen it yet. I was promised a report on my earning potential from my STBX's and haven't gotten that either. Its frustrating! I feel like his attourney is stalling till early Nov to send their demands to my attourney and then they will ask for more info or whatever..then say they aren't ready for the hearing and push it back or something. Is this what is going to occur?? Both our attorneys seem tooooo busy. I have already fired one attourney and am just gonna finish with this one. If patience is supposed to be a virtue I think I am becoming more and more virtuous by the day!
