My divorce has been final since May. I have sole custody he gets vistation. I have a current DVO against him and he has violated it 2x already. There was domestic violence in the home and now he just phone harrasses, which I also have a case against him. There is a CPS case ongoing. The children 5 and 3, have told case workers in both counties that daddy hits, beats, slaps and kicks them and I still can't get his visitations stopped plus he is $2603 behind in CS. Because he skirts his way around the law, I can't even get him on probation for the CS until he shows up before the Judge. They issue a bench warrant he pays a few dollars and they drop the bench warrant!
The divorce, child custody and visitation orders are in one county and me and the children moved to another county 6 months ago. My new atty here is trying to get the cases transferred. Any suggestions from anyone would be helpful.
