hi. hoping someone knows the answer to this. i have 3 children. two with me, one with dad. went to court 2 yrs ago when oldest went to live with dad, child support for my 2 at home got cut to 28- per week. my oldest is now 18, but still lives with dad.however, he quit high school, works full time. :( supposedly is taking adult ed classes to get his diploma, but i have no proof of that. can i take dad back to court for increased child support? son is of age-18- but does the adult ed class ( if he's taking them) count as being in school?
